Cased-Hole services
Cased-Hole Well Services measures a number of critical downhole conditions, utilizing various tools including temperature, noise detector, spinner, capacitance, and spectrum noise sensors.
These enable us to discover issues such as lost circulation, thief zones, channeling, water entry, and flow rates as well as calculate velocities, verify movement at plugs, identify zoned interval production, and other mechanical problems.
Our CBL/VDL tools measure cement bond quality around the casing circumference as well as vertical extent measurement by following applications:
- Evaluating cement bond quality and integrity
- Locating free-pipe and cement-top
- Generating 360 degree cement map
Pulsed neutron-neutron (PNN) logging is based on neutrons bursting into the near-wellbore zone and monitoring consequent neutron count decay due to scattering and capturing.
The Electro-Magnetic Defect Scope (EMDS) is a corrosion measuring instrument primarily runs through-tubing with the ability to simultaneously inspect tubing and casing behind it.
The integrity of the casing string can be evaluated without the costly and time consuming requirements for workover rigs.
The EMDS can also be used to inspect tubing, production liner, single and multilayered casing strings.
